Just got back from a powerwalk which in the beginning was a real pain. Probably because the aches from yesterday’s gym session kicked in. 3km later everything went back to normal and I ended up powerwalking for 80 minutes instead of 60. Yus!

I have a friend who for some (still unknown) reason has a French car. Apparently there’s some inside-traffic-joke that les French are trés not-good when it comes to driving and make up their own traffic rules, such as:
